Supervisor
Setelah dari kepala pelayanan saya naik jabatan menjadi supervisor di SSB dan dipercaya memimpin tim dan menjaga jalannya operational outlet agar sesuai yg diharapkan management. Tugas saya yaitu menjaga QSC, mengontrol jalannya operational, menjaga kebersihan oulet, menjaga komunikasi antar staff, mengatur jadwal staff dan memastikan kebutuhan outlet. Saya bekerja sebagai supervisor di SSB selama 6 bulan sebelum akhirnya saya memutuskan resign dari SSB
Kepala pelayanan
Saya pindah dari admin ke pelayanan dan belajar meracik soto dan membuat minum serta menghapal SOP di pelayanan cara order, melayani custumer dan membersihkan meja kotor, setelah paham dan menguasai area pelayanan saya ditunjuk jadi kepala pelayanan dan bertanggung jawab atas berjalannya operasional pelayanan dan memastikan QSC sesuai standart outlet dan manjaga agar tidak ada komplaian dari offline maupun online. Saya menjadi kepala pelayanan selama 1 tahun 6 bulan
Admin
Setelah dari warehouse saya pindah ke admin yang mana tugas saya mengontrol keuangan outlet dan mengecek laporan kasir serta melakukan laporan2 admin dan memindahkannya ke Ms Excel. Saya di admin selama 8 bulan
