• Review invoice for appropriate documentation prior to payment • Perform invoice processing and general ledger data entry • Excute payment for due invoices • Review account payable request • Data entry – post entry into SAP&Zahir • Manage the filling of invoices and payment vouchers • Prepare for month end closing reports • Review contract • Review work progress • Review budgeting • Prepare factory operational funds • Responsible to managing bank accounts • Responsible to managing internet banking • Processing and monitoring letters of credit
Treasury Officer
