Pekerjaan dilakukan dalam team berisi 4 orang yang fi koordinasi oleh seorang pustakawan perpustakan Sekjen dan BK DPR RI, Ibu Indira. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan meliputi, shelving, layanan peminjaman dan pengembalian koleksi, pembersihan rak buku, penginputan data buku dalam database sistem (Slims 8), Digitalisasi koran, dokumentasi perpustakaan dalam bentuk Video.

Dalam masa magang saya berada pada satu tim dan di koordinasi oleh pustakawan perpustakaan IRE yaitu Ema Yulianti, S.IP. pekerjaan meliputi pemilihan koleksi, Sorting, Pengkatalogisasian, Otomatisasi, Penginputan Inventaris (Inventarisasi manual dan database), dan Shelving.
