Saat saya bekerja di PT. Indo Balau Ume sebagai Staff Export Import saya memiliki tanggung jawab untuk membuat surat kuasa yang dibutuhkan saat freight forwarder ingin mengambil barang import, selain itu juga saya bertanggung jawab untuk mengecek dokumen Invoice, Packing List, Bill Of Lading dan PIB. Saya juga melakukan pengecekan pembayaran invoice ke bagian finance, dan membuat laporan API-U pertigabulan sekali untuk dilaporkan ke kementrian perdagangan. Saya juga diberikan tanggung jawab untuk mengontrol proses jalannya barang import sampai ke gudang.
Staff Dokumen Export
Saya bekerja sebagai staff dokumen ekspor, yang memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menginput data ke dokumen Bill Of Lading. Saat menginput data-data tersebut harus dengan teliti supaya tidak ada kesalahan dalam menginput data yang akan di ekspor. Selain itu saya juga mempelajari HS code untuk barang yang akan di ekspor dengan sistem yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan tersebut.
