Menganalisa hasil stock opname perbulan untuk pembelian bahan baku di bulan selanjutnya. c. Membuat jadwal perencanaan produksi dari bahan baku, setengah jadi, hingga proses finishing, dan melaporkan setiap minggu nya dalam meeting produksi. d. Memahami alur produksi secara garis besar dan detail dari mulai awal perencanaan kedatangan bahan baku hingga barang jadi dikirim ke customer tepat waktu.
