1. Bertanggungjawab atas ketersediaan bahan baku dan inventaris operasional yang dibutuhkan untuk produksi 2. Melakukan inspeksi bahan baku apakah ada kekurangan atau ketidaksesuaian dan melaporkan apabila ada kerusakan 3. Menjaga stok barang untuk tetap dalam kondisi baik 4. Melaksanankan proses penyimpanan inventaris sesuai prosedur yang berlaku 5. Menyeleksi penerimaan barang berdasarkan keperluan, jenis, dan kualitas 6. Berkomunikasi rutin dengan masing-masing departemen untuk menjaga ketersediaan barang berdasarkan kebutuhan penjualan yang ada 7. Bertanggungjawab melakukan pencatatan terhadap stok barang / bahan baku yang masuk dari supplier dan yang keluar sebagai penjualan maupun produksi 8. Melakukan stock opname dan menghitung langsung secara fisik jumlah barang di gudang
