- Sebagai Financial Administration Officer (FAO) saya bertugas dalam penginputan hasil collect angsuran nasabah yang dicollect oleh bagian lapangan. - Menginput pengajuan nasabah baru yg ingin dicairkan. - Mengajukan nasabah yg sudah meninggal di aplikasi khusus dari PNM agar bisa klaim asuransi. - Mengarsip berkas-berkas sesuai dengan bulan dan tahunnya. - Membuat memo dan berita acara yg dibutuhkan. - Menarik uang di bank yg bekerja sama. - Menyetor keseluruhan hasil collect yg sudah diinput di sistem khusus PNM ke virtual account cabang melalui bank yg bekerja sama. - Mengatur keluar dan masuknya uang operasional untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kantor. - Mengerjakan daily closing keseluruhan di setiap harinya, setiap closing dipastikan uang dan hasil inputan semuanya harus balance.
Sales Assistant
- Sebagai Sales Assistant (SA) di Mi Store Aeon Mall BSD, saya bertugas untuk mengarahkan customer dalam memilih produk yg customer butuhkan. - Mempresentasikan keunggulan dan kekurangan dari produk yg ditawarkan. - Menawarkan promo yang sedang berjalan kepada customer. - Menawarkan produk accessoris lainnya yang mungkin customer butuhkan. - Memberi informasi pengetahuan tentang produk ke customer. - Wajib mempelajari mengenai produk yang dijual dari produk lama hingga yang terbaru.
Sales Marketing (canvasing)
- Sebagai Sales Marketing Lapangan (Canvassing), tugas saya yaitu menawarkan aplikasi Mitra Tokopedia kepada warung-warung untuk menjadi mitra dan berbelanja kebutuhan warungnya di aplikasi Mitra Tokopedia. - Follow up kembali warung-warung yang sudah menjadi mitra untuk berbelanja kembali (repeat order). - Menawarkan beberapa fitur yg ada di Mitra Tokopedia selain berbelanja kebutuhan warung yaitu mengisi token listrik, mengisi pulsa, mengisi kuota, serta pembayaran tagihan lainnya.
