Act Koordinator Operasional
1. Membuat jadwal pengemudi dan kendaraan sesuai dengan alokasi permintaan Kendaraan dan pengemudi serta alokasi sesuai dari Costumer. 2. Memastikan dan memonitor realisasi jadwal. 3. Melakukan penyesuaian Jadwal dengan mempertimbangkan realisasi dan efektifitas penggunaan kendaraan apabila terjadi kendala. 4. Melakukan komunikasi dengan seluruh pihak terkait demi kelancaran realiasi order pengiriman. 5. Mengawasi dan memastikan kelengkapan dan ketepatan pengisian seluruh dokumen sesuai dengan SOP. 6. Mengawasi dan memastikan laporan rekap realisasi order pengiriman sesuai dengan jadwalnya. 7. Menindak lanjuti laporan kelalaian pengemudi, menegur, mencatat dan melaporkannya ke Supervisor Operasional. 8. Melakukan performance appraisal pada seluruh staff operasional. 9. Melakukan mentoring dan bimbingan kerja pada seluruh staff operasional. 10. Membuat dan mengawasi jadwal kerja staff operasional. 11. Memastikan seluruh laporan operasional dikirimkan sesuai dengan SOP dan waktu yang telah ditentukan. 12. Mengawasi dan memastikan seluruh staff operasional menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. 13. Memastikan dan mengawasi kehadiran mitra kerja (stand by).
