Karena perusahaan bergerak di bidang Konsultasi SDM. Tugas saya di perusahaan yaitu sebagai SPV IT HR & Payroll Comben dengan jobdesk sebagai berikut : 1 Migrasi HRIS dan Payroll System, meliputi : - Konfigurasi perusahaan (metode pajak GROSS maupun GROSS UP) - Konfigurasi kebijakan BPJS TK (JKK maupun JHT) - Konfigurasi potongan kehadiran - Konfigurasi periode penggajian - Konfigurasi prorate pegawai - Mapping komponen gaji 2 Analisa data migrasi HRIS dan Payroll System 3 Membuat Project Plan untuk proses payroll yang akan berjalan 4 Mendaftarkan BPJS Kes dan TK untuk pegawai 5 Menghitung lembur 6 Klien saat ini yang sudah ditangani (Daria Varya, Medifarma, UBC, Etana, Unifam, Astrindo, Harvest, G4S, Inalum, Galenium, dsb)
It Staff
Membuat aplikasi internal (menggunakan PHP dan MySQL) dan support tim untuk troubleshooting hardware (mouse, laptop, PC, printer, dll)
