- Membuat rencana produksi sesuai permintaan CS - Mengecek bahan baku untuk produksi / raw material - Membuat jadwal produksi dari start sampai finish - Memantau proses produksi - Mem-follow up proses produksi yang telat - Membuat laporan harian dan mingguan kepada manajer - Melakukan stock opname dengan gudang
Ground Staff / Customer Service
- Melayani dan membantu penumpang dari mulai reservasi tiket sampai onboard ke pesawat di Bandara. - Melakukan nouncement ( pengumunan ) saat boarding dan info lainnya. - Menyiapkan dokumen seperti manifest, dan APB sebelum pesawat take off - Melaporkan data aktual penumpang ke Cabin Crew / Captain. - Melayani segala komplain dari penumpang khususnya delay flight secara face to face dengan komunikasi yang baik.
