ADMIN SALES DAN SUPPORT FINANCE
• Membantu proses penjualan atau penawaran. • Membuat laporan dan catatan penjualan. • Melayani kebutuhan tim sales atau salesperson • Membantu menangani keluhan yang diberikan oleh customer dan sales • Melakukan koordinasi dengan bagian gudang, sales dan finance untuk kelancaran pengiriman barang • Melakukan arsip dokumen dengan baik dan rapi • Memastikan seluruh AR sudah tertagih sesuai jatuh tempo • Memastikan sudah melakukan follow-up invoice yang bermasalah
ADMIN KREDIT
• Membantu kegiatan administrasi kantor depan seperti meminta tanda tangan pelanggan pada file pencairan, memberikan dokumen pencairan kepada manajemen dan memberikan informasi tentang produk kredit bank Eka kepada pelanggan • Mengirim faks ke cabang Eka bank lainnya • Mengisi Buku Karyawan • Bukti arsip transaksi seperti tanda terima, deposito, slip deposit tabungan, slip pembayaran kredit, slip realisasi kredit dan slip penarikan tabungan.
