Branch Auditor
- Melakukan pemeriksaan atas Business Process di Cabang (Surabaya, Pontianak, Pekanbaru, Jakarta), baik dari mulai PO masuk di Invoicing, Gudang, Ekspedisi, Account Receivable, Account Payable, hingga Finance. - Memastikan tidak adanya pelanggaran di cabang seperti Order Fiktif, Penggelapan Hasil Tagihan, dll. - Melakukan penilaian setiap divisi di cabang setiap bulannya atas kinerja tiap divisi (Key Performance) - Membuat Report ke kantor pusat atas setiap temuan masalah di kantor cabang dan memonitor temuan sampai selesai (closed).
Operation Helpdesk Pijar Mahir
- Melakukan penginputan konten-konten pelatihan di Pijar Mahir baik webinar maupun pelatihan di LMS Pijar Mahir - Melakukan penanganan komplain dari user atas pelatihan di Pijar Mahir dan koordinasi dengan Tim Teknis untuk kendala yang harus diselesaikan oleh Tim Teknis - Melakukan update pelatihan jika ada perubahan dari Lembaga ataupun pelatihan di LMS Pijar Mahir - Membuat update report selama koordinasi dengan Helpdesk DSA di kantor Telkom Kebayoran Baru
