Menarik data Daily Sales Report dan memfollow up jika ada uang masuk yang tidak sesuai. 3. Memproses claim reimbursement bulanan store serta memastikan dokumen telah sesuai. 4. Merekap data transaksi grab cancel, shopee food cancel dan gojek cancel. 5. Merekap dan menginput potongan promo pada bulan berjalan. 6. Melakukan closing bulanan dengan mencocokkan data Store dengan HO.
Administrasi Sales
1. Membuat Purchase Order ke vendor dengan menginput data pesanan ke dalam sistem. 2. Mengontrol posisi unit dan berkoordinasi dengan Bagian PDS untuk menentukan jadwal pemasangan akasesoris. 3. Membuat janji pemasangan dengan vendor serta memastikan pesanan sudah sesuai. 4. Menyiapkan dokumen pengiriman unit ke tangan customer berupa BSTB, PDK dan Gate Pass. 5. Memproses tagihan dari vendor serta mengecek kelengkapan dokumen yang ada. 6. Memproses pencairan dana mediator bagi setiap unit yang telah selesai dikirim ke tangan customer. 7. Memproses tagihan claim service berkala gratis.
