Mengkoordinir Admin2 di 5 Proyek dalam satu Kota dan Membuat Rencana Kerja Serta Memberikan Jobdes Sesuai SOP dan Mengefaluasi Pekerjaan Admin + Mengadakan Meeting2 Internal. Deskription : 1.Membuat dan memonitor surat menyurat ( Surat masuk & Keluar ) baik internal maupun external. 2.Mendistribusikan setiap ada surat / email masuk kepada pihak2 yang berkepentingan. 3.Membuat Progress / kemajuan proyek untuk proses penagihan bersama dengan PM. 4.Memonitoring file arsip project. 5.Menyimpan semua data dan progress sub cont. 6.Bertanggung jawab terhadap cost control / PGA / Keuangan pusat dan Project Manager. 7.Membuat laporan absensi (keterlambatan, Izin, Alpa, Sakit dll ketidak hadiran) lengkap dengan keterangannya. 8.Melengkapi semua dokument yang berhubungan dengan PGA (Surat tugas, mutasi, kontrak kerja / perpanjangan CV, Copy KTP). 9.Mememriksa dan memonitor serta memproses semua SPK Pemborong dan BPK di Site, serta menolak bila tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yan ada.
