Bertanggungjawab terhadap peralatan dan perlengkapan kerja yang ada di area Restorasi. Bertanggungjawab untuk menciptakan suasana tertib, aman dan nyaman serta keharmonisan kerja terhadap sesama rekan kerja. Bertanggungjawab memberikan contoh cara keja yang baik. memberikan contoh yang baik kepada tim Restorasi. Melayani tamu complaint dengan sikap ramah, sopan dan santun. Bertanggungjawab membuat program kerja yang menyangkut dengan kenaikan omset.
