Desain yang pernah dibuat : (Window train, Body train, Balancing window, Solar panel frame, Garage lifting electric motor, Louver, Joint corner mechine solar panel, Kitchen set sheet metal, Petrashop tank pertamini, Karoseri trcuk tagra, Karoseri motor roda tiga dll).Software yang digunakan Autocad dan Solidworks. 2.Membuat SOP dan WI. 3.Membuat Prototipe. 4.Membuat Flow Proses produksi. 5.Membuat Bill Of Material. 6.Melakukan Improvement terhadap proses. 7.Membuat jig untuk proses produksi. 8.Monitoring dan cek lapangan.
Staff Engineering Quality Ansurance
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab : 1. Melakukan pengecekan grinding roll paper mesin. 2. Membuat standarisasi size press roll dan press roll, Equipment mesin. 3. Cek purchasing request dan spare part in coming. 4. Melakukan audit internal proses, mesin dan eksternal terhadap supplier. 5. Melakukan analisa trouble shooting mesin dengan program SGA menggunakan fish bond diagram. 6. Membuat SOP ( SOP overhaul shoe press roll, SOP overhaul suction press roll, SOP install dismantle bearing, install dismantle mechanical seal, install dismantle gland packing ). 7. Membuat modul untuk training engineering dan produksi mengenai equipment paper machine. -Modul engineering meliputi : Trouble shooting paper mesin, maintenance ( Predictive dan Preventive ), cara install dismantle equipment mesin yang benar dan sesuai standard. -Modul produksi : Fungsi dan cara kerja equipment paper mesin, memahami proses setiap equipment paper mesin, parameter setting setiap mesin berdasarkan standard dari manual book.
Staff Quality Ansurance
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab : 1.Audit internal proses ( Operator dan mesin ). 2.Membuat SOP dan Working Instruction, Check Sheet On Process, Check Sheet Out Going & In Coming. 3.Analisa masalah dengan QC 7 Tools. 4.Mendiskusikan hasil temuan masalah dengan department terkait. 5.Melakukan improvement terhadap proses. 6.Melakukan verifikasi dari hasil improvement. 7.Presentase dan membuat laporan.
Staff Design Engineering
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab : 1.Membuat Desain dan Redrawing. Desain yang pernah dibuat : (Skid tank, Scruber tank, Sand screen, Lube service truck, Bucket excavator, Bucket transfer, Stretching bar machine, Truck Dump Hoist, Table Conveyor, Elevator Conveyor, Press mesin manual dll). Software yang digunakan Autocad dan Solidworks. Redrawing yang pernah dibuat : (Shaft motor, Shaft roll, Machining product dll). 2.Membuat perhitungan desain material. 3.Pemilihan spesifikasi material yang akan di gunakan. 4.Membuat bill of material.
