Staff Logistik Koordinator Warehouse
Staff Logistik: 1. Mencari vendor transportasi untuk kebutuhan pengiriman ke seluruh Indonesia, negosiasi harga, survey, dan melakukan kunjungan ke vendor Transportasi. 2. Memberikan review terkait profil vendor, kekurangan, dan kelebihan serta memberikan laporan harga kepada atasan 3. Mengatur jadwal meeting Direktur dengan vendor yang ingin berkunjung ke HO 4. Menginput invoice ke dalam system, merekap invoice yang harus dibayar setiap bulan nya. 5. Mengecek kelayakan invoice ekspedisi sebelum di acc oleh Direktur. 6. Memberikan laporan stock setiap bulan dari laporan yang diberikan oleh warehouse pusat dan cabang kepada Direktur 7. Berkoordinasi kepada team Warehouse masalah pengiriman, stock, retur, dll. 8. Mengawasi pelaksanaan pemusnahan barang yang sudah di BAP oleh team warehouse dan yang sudah disetujui oleh Direktur Koordinator Warehouse: 1. Melakukan permintaan barang ke DC untuk buffer stock ke gudang cabang 2. Membuat SOP dan mengawasi aktivitas kinerja team gudang 3. Melakukan pengecekkan picking list di SAP untuk di print oleh admin warehouse 4. Meminta staff gudang untuk melakukan stock opname harian dan ikut stock opname pada akhir bulan (cut off stock) 5. Berkoordinasi dengan pihak sales area apabila ada selisih barang 6. melakukan analisa stock sesuai tujuan pengiriman apakah FIFO, FEFO, dan LIFO 7. Mengecek tagihan penyewaan warehouse apabila sudah sesuai acc untuk diberikan kepada atasan sebagai dasar invoice 8. Menghubungi divisi lain terkait pengiriman, pengadaan barang, selisih produk, retur, dan permasalahan lainnya.
Staff Warehouse
1. Mengecek kesiapan kebutuhan barang 2. Menyiapkan barang sesuai DO 3. Melakukan stock opname secara berkala 4. Memastikan area warehouse bersih setiap selesai pekerjaan 5. Mengecek kembali setiap item sebelum dikirim ke outlet untuk menghindari selisih stock
Pengawas Lapangan
1. Mengawasi teknisi di lapangan 2. Meminta dan menghitung budget uang makan dan lembur teknisi 3. Membuat laporan keuangan 4. Membuat laporan kebutuhan pengadaan barang yang telah habis pakai 5. Memberikan progres pekerjaan kepada buyer
