Operator Produksi
Melakukan proses produksi seperti menyeting berapa banyak air yang akan digunakan terlebih dahulu( minimal 1500 liter) setelah itu menyeting pH air menggunakan hidrocloric acid(hcl),apabila pada proses produksi membutuhkan pH air yang tinggi (pH air inimal 8),naikkan suhu air ( saat material base sudah masuk ke dalam Chamber )menggunakan steam apabila base warna membutuhkan suhu tinggi dan harus dicek berkala ,apabila suhu sudah mencapai standar mesin steam dimatikan,menggunakan mesin cooling apabila material base membutuhkan suhu rendah ,membuat laporan produksi penggunaan material, melakukan 5s dengan baik.
Maintenance Mold
1.Melakukan perawatan mold sebelum dan sesudah produksi 2. Melaksanakan overhaul mold sesuai schedule 3. Melakukan perbaikan kerusakan mold ( minor repair,misal polishing undercut,karat,penambahan gas vent, repat ejector macet ) 4.memastikan area kerja bersih dan rapi ,alat kerja sesuai dengan layout penyimpanan (5s) 5.Membuat check sheet laporan perawatan dan perbaikan mold 6.Menjalankan proses produksi sesuai dengan planning 7.membuat laporan produksi penggunaan material 8.Memastikan 5S berjalan dengan baik
