1. Memastikan kondisi raw material tersedia sebelum diproduksi 2. Menerbitkan SPK (Surat Perintah Kerja) proses packing harian berdasarkan data outstanding produksi 3. Berkordinasi dengan leader area packing 4. Follow up kekurangan material yang akan dipacking 5. Meeting bersama produksi dan customer service terkait target delivery mingguan 6. Membuat laporan bulanan dan evaluasi pencapaian output proses packing dengan rencana SPK

1. Menerima dan mengolah data Purchase Request (PR) dari engineering/user 2. Mencari dan mengelompokkan supplier berdasarkan item barang/jasa yang dibutuhkan 3. Membuat proposal bidding/tender 4. Membuat perbandingan harga 5. Membuat dan mengirimkan Purchase Order (PO) kepada supplier 6. Follow up supplier agar kedatangan barang sesuai dengan Estimated Time Delivery (ETD) yang diminta
