Mempersiapkan form registrasi vendor, budget proposal, Quotation, mengelola administrasi proyek dari persetujuan hingga faktur tagihan dan Mengontrol anggaran dalam sistem SAP di project management, Memantau kemajuan proyek dan memastikan proyek selesai sesuai jadwal dengan berkoordinasi dengan tim proyek di lapangan.
Supervisor Administrasi
Mengontrol operasional cabang di bidang sales, finance, logistik, target penjualan, administrasi teknis dan menyiapkan surat izin sesuai dengan kebutuhan kantor kepada pemerintah daerah, Berpartisipasi dalam menyelidiki jika ada insiden, Bertanggungjawab pada pencapaian target penjualan cabang dan kualitas pelanggan dengan layanan terbaik.
