- Membuat invoice / tagihan asuransi ke perusahaan asuransi - Reminder perusahaan untuk membayar tagihan jika akan jatuh tempo melalui telepon atau emaill - Menghandel kompelan perusahaan jika perusahaan komplain terkait tagihan - Melakukan file dokumen asuransi - Membuat report untuk atasan mengenai tagihan yg akan jatuh tempo dan membuat report jika tagihan telat bayar - Membuat report pembayaran atau rekapan dari perusahaan asuransi jika perusahaan meminta - Menerima dokumen asuransi dan memilah dokumen untuk dipotokopi dan siap dibuat tagihan - Kontroling tagihan disistem jika tagihan tersebut belum dinaikan ke akunting
