• Mapping and collect data all machines, machines data analysis to get the information about inventory machines • Developing and executing mechanical safety program and design work related mechanical safety to comply CLS Nike Mechanical Safety Regulation • Do safe machine process (5 steps) for MM Machine and conventional machine to observe possible unsafe conditions and make improvement plan • Apply all regulation on mechanical safety standard to ensure there are no mechanical hazard potential on work area • Evaluating practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law-related Mechanical • Ensure investigation of injury especially from the machines and make improvement plan and follow up • Attend on safety Training internal and External to get latest information about safety and comply mechanical competency • Attend on Safety meeting: Weekly briefing, monthly meeting internal and Group, and meeting with all Dept. Head to discuss latest information about safety and comply mechanical competency • Make monthly and annually safety report to information about progress and development machine safety programs • Do coordination with internal team and all department related to machine safety • Follow company Program • Follow Company Program: a. Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system. b. Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH programs, energy, quality and environment to participate and improve the company management system.
