Job desk : A. Produksi 1. Bertanggung Jawab Mengenai Produk Penjualan - Inventory produk - Quality control - Barcode - Code produk - Ukuran dimensi produk 2. Bertanggung Jawab Mengenai Kelengkapan Aksesoris Produk - Polybag (Kemasan Produk) - Main label - Hang tag - String tag - Label barcode - Sticker code 3. Memastikan ketersediaan bahan (kain) yang cukup untuk produksi 4. Memastikan Lama Waktu Pengerjaan Produk 5. Menginput dan Memastikan Data di Website Sudah Benar - Deskripsi Produk : Ukuran, bahan yang dipakai, gambar produk, berat produk, harga produk, lokasi penjualan, angka barcode dan nomor SKU 6. Menginput Data Pembelian - Bahan : Jenis kain, kuantiti, dan harga per-yard - Aksesoris : Jenis aksesoris, kuantiti, dan harga per-pcs 7. Mengelola Petty Cash - Uang masuk dan keluar untuk kebutuhan kantor 8. Menginput Data Pemakaian - Bahan : Jumlah bahan yang dikirim ke pabrik untuk produksi dan sisa bahan di gudang - Aksesoris : Jumlah yang dipakai dan sisa di inventory 9. Membuat Invoice ke Suplier B. Operasional - Menghandle pemesanan produk di website - Packing barang yang akan dikirim - Membuat surat jalan pengiriman - Membuat dan mencetak invoice customer - Menghubungi kurir - Merekap pembayaran kurir - Sortir paket reguler dan express - Customer service (di waktu tertentu saja)
