Asisten Kepala (Askep)
- Mengontrol dan merencanakan penggunaan biaya (budget) setiap jenis pekerjaan agar efektif dan efisien. - Memastikan pencapaian produksi dan meminimalkan losses di lapangan. - Mengawasi pelaksanaan kegiatan di lapangan, termasuk pemeliharaan tanaman, pengendalian hama dan penyakit, serta pemupukan. - Menjaga komunikasi antara pihak koperasi, masyarakat, aparat desa terkait perkebunan plasma.
Asisten Afdeling
- Menyusun rencana kerja harian, mingguan, dan bulanan, termasuk rencana pemeliharaan tanaman dan kegiatan panen. - Memastikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan berjalan sesuai standar operasional prosedur (SOP). - Mengatur kebutuhan tenaga kerja, bahan, dan alat yang diperlukan untuk operasional di afdeling.
Mandor 1
- Membantu asisten dalam perencanaan & pelaksanaan kerja harian, mingguan dan bulanan. - Membantu pengawasan dan monitoring kegiatan kebun. - Membantu asisten dalam membuat laporan harian dan laporan lain yang dibutuhkan, termasuk laporan hasil panen.
