Jr. Comdev Officer
PT Kasongan Bumi Kencana adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pertambangan mineral (emas) yang terletak di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, Kecamatan Katingan Tengah. Saya bekerja selama kurang lebih 5 tahun hingga sekarang di Departemen CSR bidang Community Development dengan jabatan Jr. Comdev Officer, adapun Jobdes yang saya jalani adalah : 1. Menjalankan program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang telah disetujui oleh GM Site dan ESDM Pusat. 2. Melaporkan semua kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat kepada Manejer CSR. 3. Memastikan kegiatan berjalan dengan aman dan sesuai dengan aturan safety pertambangan. 4. Memonitoring penggunaan budget yang telah dianggarkan. 5. Berkoordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat di sekitar tambang.
