- Support HSE Section Head dalam Penyusunan dan Pengembangan Program K3 Pertambangan dalam hal perencanaan, koordinasi dan implementasi. - Monitoring pemenuhan dan update regulasi serta peraturan perundangundangan yang berlaku di pertambangan. - Standarisasi Prosedur Kerja sesuai Persyaratan SMKP Minerba - Pengawasan pengelolaan K3 dan Lingkungan Pertambangan dalam aktivitas coal hauling dan workshop. - Mengembangkan, meninjau dan menerapkan Pelatihan K3L dan memastikan implementasinya sesuai dengan prosedur. - Peninjauan resiko Assessment IBPR, SOP dan JSA. - Melakukan dan membuat laporan investigasi serta memastikan rekomendasi telah selesai dilaksanakan. - Monitoring dan evaluasi Objectives, Target, Program K3 dan Lingkungan - Melakukan Internal Audit SMKP dan pelaporan ke pihak Client/Owner, serta tindak lanjut atas ketidak sesuaian - Sebagai Sekretaris HSE Steering Committee bersama dengan seluruh Bagian melakukan Tinjauan Manajemen Level Site atas kinerja K3 dan KO - Membuat laporan dan presentasi HSE Statistik Performance Bulanan, Kwartal dan Tahunan
