Daily support : Resolves users application questions or issue's especially using ERP D365 FnO set up, product functionally and enhancement. Involved in any additional follow up, testing, and troubleshooting. Contributing and maintaining information in the Support knowledge base. Developing product knowledge in the specific ERP product and identifying areas for further specialization.
IT ERP Specialist
- Provide comprehensive global support for D365 F&O and the application layer. - Responsibilities will include day-to-day support, creating business process documentation (specifications, current how-to guides, and training materials), conducting user training, and providing implementation support as required. - Deliver remote, classroom, and one-on-one ERP and application end-user trainings as required.
