About me
Nama saya adalah Icha Fariza Windasari. Saya dilahirkan pada 16 Juni 2002 di Surabaya. Orang tua saya bernama Yitno Soepriyo dan Saropah. Saya merupakan anak bungsu dari dua bersaudara. Saya menempuh Sekolah Dasar di SDN Pacarkeling 6 Surabaya. Ketika berada di jenjang Sekolah Dasar saya selalu peringkat 1 di kelas. Saya melanjutkan pendidikan saya di SMPN 6 Surabaya. Pendidikan Sekolah Menegah Atas saya di SMAN 5 Surabaya dengan mengambil Jurusan IPA. Selama pendidikan SMA saya cukup aktif di organisasi Nouveau sebagai HUMAS dan ekstrakulikuler dance. Beberapa perlombaan dance antar sekolah yang diselenggarakan beberapa sekolah di Surabaya sering saya ikuti dan mendapat predikat juara. Pencapaian tertinggi saya dalam dunia dance yaitu menjuarai Dance Competition se-Nasional yang diselenggarakan oleh UBS GOLD DANCE COMPETITION dan Alhamdulillah bisa berangkat ke Hong Kong pada bulan April 2019. Meskipun banyak kegiatan di ekstrakulikuler tersebut, saya tetap fokus dalam pelajaran sehingga saya mampu mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengikuti SNMPTN. Sejak kecil saya bercita-cita mengabdikan diri menjadi seorang dokter agar saya dapat membantu sesama, bermanfaat bagi banyak orang ,dan bisa membanggakan orang tua saya, Aamiin. Demikian biografi singkat saya, semoga bisa menjadi inspirasi untuk diri saya agar selalu bersemangat dalam menggapai cita-cita yaitu menjadi seorang dokter.
