Saya magang di Dinas Kehutanan dan Pekebunan Kab. Kayong Utara Tahun 2016(sebelum kewenangan dinas Kab. dialihkan ke Provinsi) selama 2 bulan terhitung Sejak Juli-September 2016. Saya mengambil bidang Rehabilitasi Hutan dan Lahan. Ruang lingkup pekerjaan saya seputar membantu fasilitasi sosialisasi Program Pemberdayaan masyarakat desa hutan(PMDH), monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan Hutan Tanaman rakyat(HTR), perawatan kebun bibit, pengadaan bibit multi purpose system(MPS) untuk penghijauan, berlatih pemetaan penggunaan GPS dan Drone dll
Fasilitator Desa
Pekerjaan saya yaitu seputar pendampingan restorasi gambut melaui pendekatan 3 P(Pembasahan, Penanaman Kembali dan Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat) pada Desa yang masuk dalam peta Desa Peduli Gambut/indikatif Restorasi Gambut BRG. Beberapa kegiatan yang saya lakukan di Desa dampingan yaitu seputar : Sosialisasi dan edukasi, pemetaan partisipatif(Profil Desa Peduli Gambut), pengintegrasian aspek perlindungan dan pengelolaan gambut dalam Perencanaan Desa, penguatan kelembagaan yang dilakukan melalui pembentukan Peraturan Desa ditingkat Desa dan Kelompok Masyarakat, Penguatan inovasi terhadap pengetahuan lokal ndan pengembangan teknologi tepat guna dalam pengelolaan gambut, pemberdayaan ekonomi desa dan kelompok masyarakat, resolusi konflik intra dan antar desa/pihak lain, mendorong partisipasi dan pemantauan warga masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan restorasi gambut, mendorong pembentukan kawasan perdesaan/perhutanan sosial (disesuaikan dengan hasil identifikasi ada/tidaknya potensi KP/PS).
