1. Melakukan pengecekan dan pencatatan maintenance gedung dan infrastruktur, meliputi bangunan, genset, AC dan fogging. 3. Memastikan pengelolaan kebersihan dilakukan maksimal oleh office boy / girl. 4. Menyimpan dan mengupdate database dari barang-barang cetakan / alat tulis, barang-barang inventaris dan pemeliharaan gedung dan perlengkapannya serta pemeliharaan kendaraan. 5. Mengatur dan memantau penyediaan makanan bagi karyawan lembur yang membutuhkan 6. Memeriksa / meneliti kewajaran permintaan barang- barang serta mencocokan fisik barang yang dipesan melalui vendor 7. Storage management 8. Travel arrangement untuk karyawan yang dinas keluar kota 9. Membuat Purchase Requistion, mencari quotation, proses negosiasi, proses approval, cek PO, cek barang yang datang (harus sesuai dengan PR/PO), cek invoice, kirim invoice ke Finance cabang/HO, kirim barang ke user yang request, simpan di gudang apabila itu untuk stock. 10. Pengadaan office equipment: 11. ATK (termasuk memberikan ke karyawan yang minta) 12. Peralatan / perlengkapan kantor lainnya (termasuk memberikan ke karyawan yang minta) 13. Pengadaan logistics operasional seperti Constag, Consnote, MPS, Kabel Ties. Dll 14. Pengadaan Pantry 15. Memeriksa dan meneliti kewajaran permintaan barang-barang 16. Melakukan pekerjaan lainnya yang diamanatkan oleh HRGA Manager yang tidak termasuk dalam scope pekerjaan GA Department 17. Membuat rekap PR Lokal dan PR PO & Leadtime PR /PO 18. Membuat laporan vendor performance (vendor pembelian dan outsource)
