Operator Production
Selama di shimano batam, saya di tempatkan pada section Bonding dan proses kerja saya sebagai PI atau Proses Inspection yang bertanggung jawab atas pengecekan quality berupa appearence, gap, wrong part, sound, dirty glue, kokeshi dari proses assembly bonding memastikan tidak ada proses dan juga part yang reject selama pengerjaan tersebut. Setelah Proses Inspection selesai di lakukan, barang sudah siap di kirimkan ke proses selanjutnya.
Operator Machine
Proses kerja menjadi operator mesin yaitu bertanggung jawab dalam proses mounting komponen di atas pad PCB, mulai dari awal proses masuk PCB ke dalam Loader, Apply pasta, mouting komponen hingga pada proses heater PCB sampai keluar dari mesin, dan memastikan tidak ada proses yang terlewatkan yang berakibat reject pada barang hingga pada proses selanjutnya.
