Saya suka tantangan terbiasa bekerja di bawah tekanan terbiasa pada target, suka menjalin relasi yang banyak antar instansi, lembaga formal maupun non formal, suka berorganisasi kemasyarakatan, pemberdayaan maupun memberikan bantuan hukum kepada orang-orang yang lemah dan membutuhkan. Pernah bekerja di Perusahaan Toshiba Cikarang, pernah menjadi staff reservasi tiketing yang selalu berpenampilan rapi dan wangi pada Airlines Sriwijaya Air Gunung Sahari Jakarta. Menjadi Pendamping Sosial PKH dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan sekarang, berhasil mengraduasi PKH 10 % dari total dampingan,. Mendampingi KPM satu Kecamatan dan beberapa Kelurahan dari tahun 2012 sd sekarang kurang lebihnya ribuan KPM. Berhasil dalam pemberdayaan maupun motivasi anak KPM menjadi juara duta Rabani tingkat Nasional dan mendapatkan Penghargaan dari menteri PMK Bapak Muhajir.

PENDAMPINGAN MASYARAKAT PENERIMA PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN, pemberdayaan maupun memberikan bantuan hukum kepada orang-orang yang lemah dan membutuhkan. Mendampingi KPM satu Kecamatan dan beberapa Kelurahan dari tahun 2012 sd sekarang kurang lebihnya ribuan KPM Memberikan motivasi pendampingan kepada KPM PKH untuk diberikan pelatihan-pelatihan kerja maupun ketrampilan dengan bekerja antar instansi pemerintah maupun swasta sehingga dengan adanya KPM dibekali ketrampilan maka KPM PKH bisa mandiri dan dengan suka rela graduasi dari PKH.
