1. Prepare new machine to get best condition before Delivery to customer. 2. Give Practical Training about operation and Maintenance to customers 3. Maintain Machine Availabilty and give exelent service to Customers. 4. Make report waranty Claim and technical serfice to improve. 5.
Senior Mechanic
-> Handling after sales support to customer like Preventive maintenance, warranty call and machine field guidance. -> Receiving, Predelivery Inspection and Performance test of New machine from principle before handover to customer. -> Trouble shooting and solve it if any problem on customers Machine as soon. -> Remove and install major component machine like engine, hydraulic pump, main control valve, swing and travel device, cylinder actuator, etc. -> Overhoul to act repair like disasembling, Resealing, Measuring, analize problem then make report to Section Head. -> Recomended and make Order Part -> Making Report like Technical Service Report, PPM, PPU, DMAR, etc.
Junior Mechanic
1. Follow Training and Certifification to get good competence all Product. 2. Maintain Machine availability and give exelent service 3. Machine Receiving, PDI , Delivery and Field guidance to customers 4. Make Report warranty claim and Technical service to Improve
