Tele Financial Consultant
Sebagai Tele Financia Consultan ,saya bertugas menawarkan Asuransi PT AXA Financial Indonesia yang berbayar (asuransi jiwa dan kesehatan). Selain menawarkan produk saya juga harus melakukan handling complain nasabah yang merasa dirugikan dengan adanya asuransi. Sebagai TFC saya juga bertugas mencari data pribadi dari nasabah baru yang akan ditawarkan produk Asuransi AXA. Untuk mendapatkan data tersebut saya menghubingi nasabah melalui telepon dan memberikan survey gratis yang berhadiah produk asuransi gratis selama 3 bulan, yaitu asuransi kecelakaan diri. Tugas dan tanggung jawab saya adalah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk nasabah tertarik kepada produk yang saya tawarkan, dan selanjutnya nasabah bersedia membeli produk AXA.
Tele Sales Officer
Di perusahaan PT Asuransi Bintang saya mendapatkan jabatan sebagai Tele Sales Officer, yaitu petugas yang menawarkan produk Asuransi Engineering kepada nasabah melalui telefon . Saya harus dapat menjelaskan secara singkat manfaat produk asuransi kepada nasabah, dan mengajak nasabah supaya tertarik dan bersedia membeli produk tersebut.
