A).Interaksi dan berkoordinasi langsung dengan coordinator project dan direktur B) Menguasai proses tender pekerjaan Mekanikal ,elektrikal dan plumbing ( Anwizing-klarifikasi -negosiasi presentasi) C).Bertanggung jawab penuh atas pekerjaan selama kontruksi berlangsung antra lain : 1.Membuat bugdet/anggaran proyek 2.Membuat schedule /time schedule pelaksanaan 3.Kontrol/ koreksi keluar-masuk dokument -Surat/ official -Design/ drawing approved -Berita acara -Ijin pelaksanaan pekeerjaan -Berita acara dan kelengkapan serah terima ke owner pemberi tugas -Dokument MSBO dan dokument kerja kurang,tambah -SPB (surat permintaan barang) 4.Berkoordinasi dengan sipil,struktur,arsitek dan paket pekerjaan lainya yg berhubungan dengan project yg di laksanakan 5.Melakukan rapat rutin dengan staf dan kontraktor terkait hasil produksi kemajuan pekerjaan 6.Membuat laporan progres dan presentasi pekerjaan dengan management dan owner pemberi tugas 7.Menyiapkan dokument dan melakukan serah terima (BAST) ke owner pemberi tugas 8.Menyiapkan dan membuat dokument kebutuhan perijinan ke suku dinas instansi terkait (SLF)
