Mencatat semua transaksi keluar dan masuknya barang, baik dari customer ataupun supplier, melakukan pembukuan dan merekap Invoice dari supplier dan melakukan stock opname. • Memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen penagihan • Melayani permintaan Petty Cash : Cash Advance & Cash Payment dengannominal tertentu. • Memonitor invoice yangditerbitkan berdasarkan jadwalpenagihan. • Mengumpulkan bukti – bukti penerimaan dan pengeluarankas. • Melakukan tugas-tugas lainnya yangdiberikan oleh atasannya yang berkaitan denganfinance. • Menginput penerimaan dari supplier ke ms. Excel kemudian mencocokan stock card whs mengenai penerimaan barang dan pengeluaran barang. • Memonitor Penggunaan barang yang tidak terpakai dan barang keluar masukproduksi. • Melakukan Koordinasi kepada rekan tim Stock Opname ketika melakukan StockOpname. • Melakukan Stock Opname bersama tim Stock
