Saya bekerja sebagai Supervisor produksi di Perusahaan Textile. Departemen yang menaungi saya adalah Departemen Cutting yang merupakan Departemen yang berperan paling awal dalam membuat pakaian jadi. Saya berperan sebagai Cutting Planner yang bertugas untuk menentukan proses yang akan berjalan pada hari tersebut, plan 1 minggu kedepan, serta membuat plan untuk produksi 3 bulan kedepan. saya juga memastikan untuk bahan baku agar ready untuk di proses pada hari tersebut dan memastikan target yang harus di dapat pada hari tersebut. Saya berkoordinasi juga dengan berbagai departemen lain untuk memastikan kelancaran produksi dan memastikan tidak ada masalah pada saat proses produksi berjalan.
