• Melakukan survey sosial ekonomi melalui wawancara individu kelompok serta mengkopilasi daya hasil survey • Melakukan kajian dan penyusunan FPIC bagi masyarakat suku pedalaman di Halmahera • Merancang skema perhutanan Sosial bagi masyarakat suku yang ada dalam Hutan kawasan. • Memfasilitasi berbagai pertemuan di tingkat desa untuk menyusun KPAD (kesepakatan pelestarian alam desa) serta rencana pelaksanaan dan peluang itegrasi KPAD di tingkat desa dan kabupaten. • Memfasilitasi berbagai pertemuan di desa, monitoring kesehatan hutan, monitoring perburuan burung paruh bengkok, dan peningkatan sumber penghidupan livelihood • Memberikan asistensi kepada warga dan pemerintah desa dalam menjalankan butir-butir KPAD dan penyusunan Perdes tentang perlindungan Keanekaragaman Hayati di desa. • Membantu pelatihan stakeholder kunci di provinisi terkait perlindungan satwa liar (Jaksa hakim Polri Gakkum BKSDA, Taman Nasional) • Melakukan pertemuan multipihak desa, kecamatan dan kabupaten
