8 tahun di fungsi pekerjaan ini, saya telah terbiasa dengan day-to-day task dan task-switching, dari Input Stock Harian ,menyusun Pengorderan Bahan Baku , mengontrol FIFO dan FEFO ,Stock Opame Bulanan hingga merekap Tagihan Supplier .Sampai terakhir kali saya bergabung di Perusahaan sebelumnya, saya mengkoordinir 10 karyawan dalam tim saya, membangun service level , menerapkan kerapihan Area Warehouse dan Central Kitchen dengan strategi yang berfokus pada kepuasan konsumen.

SEBAGAI STAFF INVENTORY : - Input Barang Masuk & keluar . - Membuat Permintaan Barang kepada Adm Purchasing . - Menyiapkan dan membuat Surat Jalan Bahan Baku yang akan di kirim ke Outlet-outlet Cabang. - Input Data produksi pada sistem Axapta - Monitoring ketersediaan Stock Bahan Baku , menerapkan FIFO & FEFO. - Print QC Passed Bahan Baku . - Monitoring kelancaran pengiriman (Logistics) Bahan Baku & Finish Good yg di kirim ke Outlet-outlet Cabang. Atau ke Customer order . -Melakukan Stock Opname Mingguan & Bulanan bersama Team Warehouse. 2. SEBAGAI STAFF PURCHASING - Membuat PO dalam sistem AXAPTA dari Bahan Baku yg di order oleh Adm. inventory , sampai di kirim ke Supplier. - Negosiasi harga terbaik dengan Vendor / Supplier. - Mencari Vendor / Supplier dari Bahan Baku yg di butuhkan untuk Produksi. - Menyiapkan list Forecash , demi terjaminnya ketersediaan Bahan Baku . 3. SEBAGAI STAFF FINANCE - Menerima Tukar Faktur dari Supplier. - Merekap Tagihan Supplier . - krosschek Dokumen Riset Kasir. -Handle Petty Cash dan input data dalam sistem AXAPTA
