Membuat perencanaan rekrutmen hingga Onboarding sesuai SOP yang berlaku. Mengelola dan memperbarui database karyawan. Mengelola administrasi karyawan dan memastikan keakuratannya. Membuat dan mengarsipkan dokumen dan surat menyurat terkait kepegawaian. Memfasilitasi kegiatan training. Membuat laporan bulanan. Mengelola invoice yang berhubungan dengan rekrutmen.
Magang HRD
Mengelola dan memperbarui database karyawan di HRIS Oracle. Menyiapkan dan mengarsipkan dokumen dan surat menyurat terkait kepegawaian. Mendistribusikan dokumen yang dikeluarkan oleh HRD ke 29 depot dan 9 sub depot. Mengkoordinasikan dan merekap absensi harian Magang seluruh departemen untuk proses penggajian. Mendukung kegiatan karyawan dan acara perusahaan. Membantu menyaring CV melalui Job Platform. Melakukan tugas-tugas administratif lainnya.
