Melayani nasabah dalam pembukaan rekening tabungan, giro dan deposito. Memberikan informasi terkait produk dan jasa yg ditawarkan oleh bank serta menawarkan kepada calon nasabah atau nasabah seperti Deposito, Sukuk, obligasi, reksa dana dan produk bank lainnya. Menerima, melayani kebutuhan dan mengatasi permasalahan sehubungan dengan ketidakpuasan nasabah atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh bank. Mengadministrasikan segala bentuk buku tabungan, atm, bilyet deposito, resi permintaan dan pengembalian buku cek dan bilyet giro, surat kuasa serta hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan administrasi kantor. Melayani nasabah dalam hal pelayanan jasa bank seperti pemindahbukuan antar rekening, surat referensi bank, surat audit, pembelian dan penjualan valuta asing, pembuatan dan pergantian ATM, pencetakan dan penggantian buku dan lain lain.
