monitor semua kegiatan di wh , komunikasi dgn agent luar negeri, memastikan kegiatan export/import berjalan dgn baik

1-Berkordinasi dgn pihak terkait untuk kelancaran proses clearance ( import ) 2-Menyiapkan dokumen import 3-menentukan hs code u/ kebutuhan inport 4-melakukan pemeriksaan fisik barang bersama pihak beacukai 5- berkordinasi dgn pihak beacukai jika ada shipment yg membutuhkan izin-izin tertentu.

berhubungan baik dan kontak langsung dengan pihak customs atau bea dan cukai -mengurus doc import -mengontrol pengeluaran barang dari gudang atau gate out -handle doc import dan submit atau upload untuk pengajuan lebih lanjut dgn customs -handle doc pendukung import -mengurus doc yang di jalurkan merah red line -monitoring setiap doc yang di submit ke custom - valuasi PPH/BM/FREIGHT juga menentukan HS CODE untuk kebutuhan clearance
