Saya Rikma Ratri lulusan dari SMK Negeri 1 Magetan jurusan akuntansi.Pengalmaan kerja di PT Surabaya Autocomp Indonesia sebagai operator produksi selama 2 tahun. Saya bekerja secara disiplin dan fokus terhadap pekerjaan yang diberikan perusahaan. Ketika saya diberikan tanggung jawab pekerjaan saya akan menyelesaikannya pada saat itu juga dan tidak akan menunda pekerjaan, sehingga pekerjaan tidak akan menumpuk di lain hari. Ketika mengalami kesulitan ketika bekerja saya akan menyelesaikan pekerjaan hingga selesai dan saya tidak akan meninggalkan pekerjaan tersebut sebelum pekerjaan benar-benar selesai.
