saya mendapat banyak sekali ilmu yang tidak pernah saya pelajari dari sekolah.di tempat saya bekerja dulu saya mendapat posisi sebagai penerima tamu. di tempat saya bekerja dulu karyawannya ada 5 sampai 6 orang tapi saat hotel kami hanya melayani 7 kamar bos kami hanya memiliki 3 staff saja.di sana kami bekerja selayaknya rumah kami sendiri di karenakan tempatnya yang minimalis dan ruangnya yg stragetis.disana juga kerjanya serabutan dikarenakan hotel kami hanya memiliki 7 kamar. setiap karyawan memiliki kerja atau porsi yang sama dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. kami di bagi menjadi 2 shift ada yang masuk pagi dan malam.yang shift pagi biasanya menyiapkan sarapan tamu dan setelah itu membersihkan kamar tamu yang sudah check out sembari menunggu tamu yang check in.pekerjaannya sama dengan yg masuk shift malam, cuma bedanya shift malam hanya menyiapkan bahan untuk sarapan tamu.
