Hr Admin
1. Melakukan tugas administrasi asuransi pelayanan kesehatan; 2. Melaksanakan tugas administrasi asuransi kecelakaan dan jaminan hari tua; 3. Melakukan pendataan karyawaan, menyimpan dan mengadministrasi data karyawan; 4. Melakukan monitoring , pendaftaran dan follow up MCU ke instansi yang di tunjuk; 5. Melakukan perhitungan dan penyesuaian serta pengolahan data kehadiran karyawan (Office dan workshop), dan memeriksa kesesuaian SPK/SPKL-nya, serta melaporkan ke Finance Dept.; 6. Melaksanakan filling dokumen HRD dan tugs incidental; 7. Melakukan surat menyurat yang berhubungan dengan HRD; 8. Melakukan pendaftaran Finger Print untuk karyawan baru; 9. Melakukan Psikotest (jika bagian interview tidak hadir); 10. Melakukan pembuatan surat kontrak kerja karyawan baru dan lama sesuai dengan perintah atasan.
Hr Admin (magang)
1. Mengupdate attendance dan surat sakit karyawan; 2. Memfilter kandidat karyawan; 3. Menginput dan menghitung OT karyawan; 4. Menginput klaim asuransi dan voucher ulang tahun karyawan.
