Menyusun data rekapitulasi >90 file per/hari Mengarsip data-data file, map berdasarkan sistem wilayah dan sistem abjad sehingga memudahkan para pegawai ketika mencari file-file yang dibutuhkan Mengirim dan menerima surat tepat waktu sehingga informasi yang diterima dapat dikelola dengan baik dan tidak terjadi mis komunikasi antar perusahaan Berkontribusi dalam kelancaran operasional administrasi perusahaan lewat input dan integrasi tepat waktu Mengorganisir letak penyimpanan barang >15 file berupa buku seberat 1-2 kg, demi menciptakan ruangan yang rapi dan melancarkan proses pekerjaan Memberikan bantuan dan dedikasi maksimal kepada para pegawai dan pimpinan demi menciptakan suasana kerja yang nyaman Bertanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang diberi, dan disiplin dalam bekerja
