Membuat rekap data dari System MK3L 9. Melaporkan hasil rekap data System MK3L ke atasan 10. Membuat SHE Performance month to date, year to date 11. Membuat Summary Report 12. Bertanggung Jawab membuat laporan Limbah B3 : • Perbulan ke Management • Perbulan ke Owner • Neraca Limbah B3 ke Owner • Laporan tahunan pengelolaan Limbah B3 • Kegiatan penghijauan lingkungan kerja • Pengelolaan sampah hasil kegiatan Perusahaan • Pengelolaan perangkap lumpur & oil trap 10.
