Pendamping Pasien
Terlibat sebagai Pendamping Pasien dari awal sampai akhir. Membantu pasien dan keluarga memahami prosedur medis, diagnosis, dan rencana perawatan yang direkomendasikan oleh tim medis. Menjelaskan hak-hak pasien dan memberikan informasi tentang opsi pengobatan yang tersedia. Mengadvokasi kepentingan pasien, seperti memastikan hak-hak pasien dihormati dan kebutuhan mereka dipenuhi. Mengkoordinasikan janji temu medis, tes laboratorium, dan prosedur lainnya untuk pasien. Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan dana bantuan dari yayasan untuk pasien, dengan mengatur dan mencatat pengeluaran yang terkait dengan perawatan dan kebutuhan medis pasien. Melakukan pemantauan dan pelaporan penggunaan dana secara teratur kepada yayasan. Membantu pasien dan keluarga dalam pengajuan klaim asuransi kesehatan atau permohonan bantuan keuangan. Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi pasien dan mematuhi peraturan privasi yang berlaku.
