Membuat perencanaan kegiatan operasional, Merencanakan program kerja (tagihan, progress proyek, pekerjaan tambah / kurang, evaluasi anggaran, opname Mandor / Subkontraktor, volume pekerjaan, final account ke Owner / Subkontraktor), Menghitung pekerjaan tambah dan kurang / variation order di lapangan sebelum disetujui oleh Project Manager dan diajukan ke Pemberi Tugas, Membuat progres pekerjaan yang akan ditagihkan kepada Owner dan membuat laporan kepada Project Manager, Menjabarkan master schedule menjadi schedule kurva S, Menghitung volume material yang dibutuhkan, Membuat final account proyek (owner, Subkontraktor dan kantor pusat)
Site Engineering
Menyusun schedule, metode pelaksanaan dan breakdown aktivitas bulanan dan mingguan, Mengkoordinasikan kepada pemilik proyek (owner) mengenai penentuan schedule material dan persetujuan bahan material apa saja yang akan digunakan dalam pekerjaan, Menyusun dan menyediakan shop drawing, Menentukan cara pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang efektif dan murah, Melakukan koordinasi pembuatan laporan progres pelaksanaan proyek secara periodik, Mengevaluasi kualitas mutu dan menetapkan cara agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan yang kemungkinan akan terjadi, Memaksimalkan kemungkinan pemanfaatan value engineering (VE).
