Work Experience
Process Team Leader
Tugas sebagai asisten proses pada pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit antara lain: Melakukan sortasi buah kelapa sawit yang akan di olah; Mengolah buah kelapa sawit menjadi CPO dengan parameter FFA = < 0,5; Supervisi setiap stasiun pengolahan agar menerapkan SOP yang ada; Menjaga supply listrik yang dibutuhkan dalam stasiun pengolahan; Memberikan training bagi para pekerja untuk meningkatkan kompetesi; Melaksanakan Emergency Drill untuk mempertahankan kesiapan pekerja dalam menghadapi kondisi darurat; Membuat laporan harian, mingguan dn bulanan produksi.
Technical Support
Seorang Technical Support, saya bertugas: Menganalisis hasil produksi yang telah dilakukan selama 1 bulan untuk kebutuhan invoicing kontraktor; Menyediakan kebutuhan yang diperlukan dalam pengolahan limbah domestik; Membantu menyiapkan laporan bulanan team. Menyiapkan kebutuhan meeting team; Review HES Performance (KPI) kontraktor.
Operation Representative
Sebagai seorang Operation Representative di facilitas SMF PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia, saya memiliki tugas: Mengoperasikan fasilitas SMF sesuai dengan permit yang berlaku; Membuat daily, weekly dan monthly report terkait operasional SMF; Melakukan Sampling untuk menjaga baku mutu yang diperbolehkan; Menerima dan mengawasi penerimaan limbah Oily Sand yang dikirimkan ke fasilitas SMF; Menjaga kebersihan fasilitas SMF dengan menyusun schedule housekeeping; Melakukan HES program untuk menjaga kompetensi pekerja; Melakukan MOnthly Meeting untuk membahas performa produksi serta mengevaluasi pekerjaan yang belum memenuhi target.
